Notice is hereby given that on Monday, April 6, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 227 East Lincoln, Reed City, Michigan, the Reed City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing for the purpose of hearing comments regarding an application for a Special Land Use Permit, Zoning Ordinance Part 12, Chapters 1274.01 through 1274.14.

Petitioner, Craig Goodman, 321 W. Todd Avenue, Reed City, Michigan 49677, is requesting a Special Land Use Permit for parcel numbers 67-52-122-015-00 and 67-52-122-018-00, which is located at 315 N. Chestnut Street and is to be used as a fueling service station on the property.

The application may be inspected on the Reed City website at under City Services, Public Notices tab. Currently, City Hall is closed to the Public. If you have a special circumstance or concern, City staff is available and you are encouraged to call (231) 832-2245 Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM.
