PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - REED CITY PLANNING COMMISSION ZONING AMENDMENT
Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at 5:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 227 E. Lincoln, Reed City, Michigan the Reed City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for the purpose of hearing comments regarding amendments to the Reed City Zoning Ordinance Map.
MUAB LLC, of 7480 S. Koopman Road, Falmouth, MI 49652, has filed a petition to rezone the property located at 743 Mill Street, Reed City, Michigan 49677, from Residential-2 to Commercial-2. Tax Parcel No. 67-52-275-017-00 more fully described as: The North 70 feet of Lot 17, Henry I Bittner’s Addition, City of Reed City, Osceola County, Michigan.
